Custom RV Door

I just want to give some feedback and/or recommendation for ROADRUNNER’s Garage Doors LLC. located in Glendale AZ.

We were in need for having an oversized RV garage built in our yard, which turned out to be tougher than expected. Dealing with a very strict HOA, it looked like we where not getting approved due to the “high and awkward curbside look “ of the 14 Ft high roll up door. They did not want to see garage doors succeeding the standard hight of 8 Ft, the standard size matching all other garage doors in our neighborhood. It took us almost a year to get final approval, after spending endless discussions with our architect to come up with a design to keep everyone happy, whereby the front of the RV garage matched the exterior of our house and existing garage. The final design showed two 8 Ft (barn) doors with a 6 Ft slider door on top, totally blending in with exterior of the building. Of course, this type of door construction had to be custom built, which was the hardest part! We called many well esthablised garage door companies, nobody was willing “to mess “ with this unique project. Finally I spoke with a home builder, who suggested calling on Roadrunner Garage Doors, who are known for building nice custom size wooden garage doors and all type of gate constructions I was told.

I spoke with Angelica Hernandez, a very professional young lady and after I had forwarded her some drawings, she promised to get back to me with an estimate in a few days, she had to discuss this project internally first. Three days later I received an itemized accurate and very reasonable estimate. I than found out it was a small family owned business, her father Santiago was the designer and installer, along with brother Santiago jr and co-worker Jovanny. Santiago Sr first had build me a mockup version, which was right on and a nice tool to show to the board of our HOA. After final approval, the doors were built and installed in time, as well as a rolling gate, all are operating by remote control.

It is nice to see a small, professional run Family owned company, who is willing to think outside the box and providing excellent follow up and service from start to finish, even on weekends and after hours! We are so impressed and would highly recommend this company to any one who needs any type of garage doors or gates built or serviced..

Top-Notch Service

Recently I had an immediate need for a new garage door opener. I called Roadrunner Garage Door and received a very prompt, courteous and professional response. A service call was scheduled for the next day. The technician arrived on time and went to work removing the old opener and installed a new Liftmaster. The technician was not only a skilled installer but he was a customer service professional. We’re very pleased with our new opener and strongly recommend Roadrunner Garage Door company. Everyone, from the office staff to the owner are excellent and deliver on top-notch service. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

I can't thank you enough for what you did. So sweet of you. Here is my review.

Roadrunners Garage Doors is my go to business for any time I have had an issue with my garage doors. They are always so professional and nice not to mention the excellent service they provide at a reasonable price. Yesterday my garage door wouldn't close unless I held down the button due to a safety feature that was noting that something was blocking the sensors. We checked before calling and there were no obstacles in the way. I called first thing this morning and was greeted by a courteous voice by the name of Angelica Hernandez. I explained to her what was occurring and she stated that it could be an easy fix and that if I wanted to stay on the phone she would walk me through it or she would be happy to send out a technician but that unfortunately she would have to charge a service call regardless of the time the tech would spend at our home. I opted for the obvious and it worked!! Ha ha ha. Took me approximately 4 minutes to fix the issue at no cost! What a wonderful gesture on this businesses part to do that for they could of easily charged me to have a technician come out. Thank you Angelica and Roadrunners Garage Doors!
